- Update all kitchen finishes

Scope of work highlights:
- Optimized flow of the kitchen area by relocating key components in the kitchen while taking into consideration ease of implementation
- Introduced ventilation for better air flow while cooking as a result of better kitchen space planning
- Added much more usable storage by integrating originally closed off pantry with wire shelving into custom cabinetry as well as introduced lots of drawers on lower cabinetry where possible
- Replaced patio exit facing the pantry with a large window to allow light into the pantry area and allowed for easier access to laundry area
- Relocated patio exit to dining area for a more seamless indoor/outdoor experience
- Proposed and implemented alternative window opening for better space utilization
- Matched best flooring material for client’s lifestyle
- Provided plans and specifications to aid in construction work and liaised with trades for smooth implementation
- All finishes, furniture and fixtures sourced by Aloe
