WHAT THE CLIENTS HAD TO SAY

"It was a pleasure to work with Chloe on the interior design for the main floor of my house. I had bought a somewhat older house so I was looking for someone to help me get rid of the lame "90's style" interior and make the house look chic and cool again. 

 

After the initial consultation, Chloe provided me with a design concept that showed that she really 'got' the style that I was looking for. She has a great eye for light, colour, and style. Many of her suggestions were things that seemed unexpected at first, like removing the big mantlepiece on my fireplace, removing some room dividers/decorative pillars, but the final result was way better than I imagined. One of the other reviewers said that "can't believe I live in such a nice place," and I agree 100%. I used to wish that I could live in one of those amazing photos in architecture magazines, but now my place literally *is* magazine-quality!

 

Also, Chloe and Alex were very effective at managing the project and dealing with contractors. Despite some unexpected hiccups, the project was completed without going over my initial budget. Chloe is surprisingly handy and knowledgable about house construction/renovation herself. One of the problems I had was that I wanted to make my existing solid hardwood floors a lighter colour. I asked many other flooring contractors and interior designers, and they were all saying things like "it would be difficult, and it might look bad after" or "why don't you consider replacing your floors with engineered hardwood," but Chloe found a way to do it without ripping up my floors and supervised the contractors to make sure the colour came out right. 

 

All in all, I'm very happy with the results and would recommend Chloe to anyone who asks!"
