"We hired Aloe for a renovation project for a rental unit/house. They introduced us into some new materials for flooring that we have no idea about before and also pointed us to places where we can find better prices. This was a very good and practical way to work with our budget which was very tight for what we wanted to be done. We also enjoy the paint colour they picked. There was a lot consideration before picking a colour and we definitely learned a lot from them and very satisfied with the outcome.
During the renovation, unexpectedly we have found new water leaking problems that we had to deal with; they are very patient and accommodating to our budget changes and we very much appreciated the fact that during planning phase they have put some money aside so we will have part of our budget to deal with such unexpected issues. They also worked very well with the contractor we picked and played a big part to communicate with the contractor and ensure the quality of the work which was beyond our expectations. Overall we highly recommend hiring Aloe for your projects. They are very knowledgeable, really listen to your needs and get things done with the budget you have."
